TPN FAQ
Does the retreat have to be 3 days?
Nope. We can customize the retreat to be as short as 2 days or as long as 5 days. We also offer TPN workshops that can be done in one day starting at ~$1,000. 2 to 3 day retreats start at $2,500 and 4 to 5 day retreats start at $3,500.
Do you provide the worship and activities?
The base price for the retreat ($2,500) covers the opening icebreakers, main session topics, help planning and marketing the retreat and online training for your team of small group leaders. You would supply the worship team, small group leaders and agenda (games or outreach). We can provide and plan all of the worship for an additional $500.
How much do travel and expenses cost?
Joe and Zac travel as a team as much as possible. To save money, they are happy to stay in local host homes that you provide. They are based in Austin, Texas and will drive anywhere that is within a 5 hour radius of Austin, otherwise, flight arrangements would need to be made. Other costs such as food, gas, Uber or other retreat supplies will just depend on how we customize the retreat. We eat what you eat, no special considerations needed.
Is there a limit to the number of students that can attend?
No. The cost is the same whether you have 20 students or 500 students. It's really up to you how big or small you want to make the retreat.
